As per order cancellations, the customer will
not be charged
for orders that are cancelled within 24 hours after order placement. If
an
order is cancelled after the shipment, the customer will be responsible
for all
freight charges to and back to our return warehouse. In addition a
mandatory
twenty five percent restocking fee, plus all shipping charges, will be
deducted
from all cancelled or refused orders that have already been shipped.
This
policy applies to all Mattress Joint orders. Any and all cancellations
must be
submitted in writing (via email) so that all parties have written
documentation
of the order cancellation and that all parties are aware of the terms of
Mattress Joint’s cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued in the form
of
check, and may take up to thirty days for the refund check to be issued. |
