Well, I Slept like a baby last night on my new king-sized Vera Wang "Pure Joy" latex mattress by Serta! I am extremely happy with it. However, I was so-o-o-o comfortable. I overslept this morning and was late getting up for work. LOL! James, I am wondering if you are able to get me one of those Serta Counting Sheep that the company gives away when you buy one of their mattresses? I don't know if you have any, I just thought I'd ask because I saw them in the furniture store here where I first tried out the Vera Wang. Anyway, those counting sheep are so cute, I would love to have one. And, if I had a choice of number, my favorite number is #9 (plus, I am sleeping on "Cloud Nine" now, ya know). Thanks again for all your personal help and all-around excellent customer service.

Thank you so much for all your help with my mattress. It did arrive today and we already have it set up allowing it to expand from the packing size. I can tell the mattress will be a dream to sleep on compared to our old inner spring queen set. I have been extremely impressed with your customer service up to this point. In all honesty I was considering ordering this same mattress from overstock.com, because I have ordered smaller items from them before with no problems and trust their website. I decided to go with Mattress Joint, because the mattress was 20 dollars cheaper and offered a 30 day comfort guarantee that overstock.com di not offer. I am very pleased with my decision to shop with Mattress Joint and will recommend you to any friends looking for new mattresses or accessories. Trustworthy websites are very important to my friends and family, as we live on the rural Oregon Coast with nearly a 3 hour drive to a regional mall. Internet shopping is generally the easiest way to get what we need.
