Is Delivery Really Free?
Yes! At MattressJoint.com, there's no charge for delivery. We provide delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.

White Glove Delivery
Mattress Joint has the white gloves on everyday. Mattress Joint is committed to customer service. Therefore with every Spring Air Back Supporter, Four Seasons, and Nature's Rest mattress, as well as all Serta and Vera Wang mattress delivery's it is a White Glove Service for free. White Glove Service consists of a two man delivery. They will bring your new mattress off the delivery truck and into your establishment and set it up for you. (This includes up to a half hour of minor assembly, and up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packing materials will also be removed and discarded for you. As per old mattress removal, you may have this service added for a fee of $89. Please call or email and we can add this service for you. Otherwise, mattress removal is not part of the delivery service. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to call or email.

Are your mattresses new?
Yes. Period! We are a factory authorized retailer for the brands we carry. All of our mattress sets come brand new from the factory, and are shipped in the original factory packaging bags bearing new mattress tags. We do not carry or sell seconds, reconditioned, used, etc., mattresses or box springs. For additional safe shopping tips, visit the Federal Trade Commission's site on the subject.

What about warranty coverage?
We only carry the major national mattress brands, and they provide warranty coverage anywhere in the United States. If you ever have a warranty issue, you will be able to receive assistance no matter where you live. Detailed warranty information is listed on each mattress page.

Do you collect sales tax?
Save money, there is no state sales tax collected for deliveries to any state in the United States, except in Florida.
