Mattress Joint’s 30 Day in Home Trial only applies to standard mattresses, no custom sizes can be returned. In addition, as all accessories may not be returned, which includes pillows, mattress pads, mattress protectors, frames, or any other product from the accessories category. The 30 days begins the day your mattress is delivered. Since Mattress Joint offers their products at such low prices, the customer is responsible for the original freight and boxing of the product, as well as the freight and boxing back to the company.  Unless Mattress Joint is responsible for the error, we will correct it free of charge of course. Any free merchandise received by the customer with their mattress purchase must also be returned to Mattress Joint with their returned product. Returned claims must include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information.  Once Mattress Joint receives the returned product it will then be inspected and a cleaning or repair charge may also be applied based on the report of the independent contractors that inspect the returned mattress. If your returned mattress is unsanitary, carries an order, or is stained by water or bodily fluids, it will be considered ruined and not returnable. A twenty percent restocking fee will also be applied to the returned merchandise. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management. All refunds will be in the form of a check, and may take up to thirty days for the refund check to be issued.

As per order cancellations, the customer will not be charged for orders that are cancelled within 24 hours after order placement. If an order is cancelled after the shipment, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and back to our return warehouse. In addition a mandatory twenty five percent restocking fee, plus all shipping charges, will be deducted from all cancelled or refused orders that have already been shipped. This policy applies to all Mattress Joint orders. Any and all cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) so that all parties have written documentation of the order cancellation and that all parties are aware of the terms of Mattress Joint’s cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued in the form of check, and may take up to thirty days for the refund check to be issued.
